Do you work with revisions?

I strive to deliver high-quality work that exceeds client expectations. This often means incorporating unlimited revisions throughout the design process, especially for projects with clear client guidelines. However, for projects where the vision is still evolving, we can discuss a revision limit upfront to ensure a smooth workflow and timely completion. I'm confident in my ability to translate your needs into effective designs, but clear communication is key.

If you have any questions or require further clarification, please don't hesitate to ask using the contact form at the top of this page. My goal is to ensure you're completely satisfied with the final product.

What file formats do you provide your final designs in?

I deliver your final designs in all the file formats you might need for any future edits or use. This includes original source files and a variety of digital and vector formats, ensuring maximum flexibility for your project (JPG, PNG, SVG, EPS, PDF, etc.).

How much do you charge for your services?

I believe in providing transparent pricing that aligns with your project's needs. My rates depend on the project's scope and complexity. However, I do offer transparent pricing packages that start at $550 for logo design and can be customized to your specific needs.

Also, I offer a free consultation to discuss your vision and specific requirements in detail. This allows me to tailor a custom quote that reflects the project's needs and ensures you get the most value from my services. You can send me a message using the Contact Form above or book your consultation here.

Do you offer discounts for larger projects?

Of course! I typically quote projects on a per-project basis to ensure a fair and accurate price for both of us.

If you can share some details about your project, I can provide a custom quote that reflects the scope of work.

What are your payment terms?

I prioritize secure and flexible payment options to ensure a smooth experience for both of us.  I typically leverage Upwork or a similar escrow service to hold the project funds securely with a third-party guarantee.

Here are the payment term options we can discuss:

Full Amount Upfront: For smaller projects, the full amount can be placed in escrow before I begin work.
Milestone Payments: For larger, longer-term projects (lasting months), we can establish milestone payments with releases tied to project stage completion.
Single Payment Upon Completion: For shorter projects with clear deliverables, a single payment upon project completion might be suitable.

During our initial consultation, we can discuss your project scope and preferences to determine the most appropriate payment structure.

Feel free to ask if you have any further questions about payment terms or the escrow process!

What is your typical workflow for a project?

Here's an example of how the branding process works:

Kick things off with a quick briefing: The more you share about your brand (benchmarks, competitors, goals, etc.), the better I can understand your vision. Don't worry if you don't have any documents yet, I'll provide a template to get you started.
Research and refinement: Based on your input, I'll dig deep into your market and refine your expectations. My goal is to craft a unique and powerful identity that resonates perfectly with your audience.
See your vision come to life: Within 10-14 days, I'll present you with a video proposal showcasing three distinct logo concepts and a personalized brand identity approach.
Your feedback is key: Share your thoughts! If you love it, we move on to the next step. If you have revisions, we'll go back to the research phase and incorporate your feedback for an even better result.
Crafting your brand bible: Once you've chosen the perfect logo and brand identity, I'll meticulously craft a detailed brand book, your one-stop guide for brand consistency.
Final touches and liftoff: With your final approval, I'll deliver the complete package: logo variations, digital & vector file formats, the brand book, and any additional materials you may need.
Launch with confidence: One final review from you, and you're ready to take your brand to the next level!

How much client feedback do you involve in the design process?

Client feedback is crucial throughout the design process! We start with a collaborative briefing phase where you share your vision, goals, and brand preferences. This initial input is essential for crafting a design that truly aligns with your needs.

Once I have a strong understanding of your direction, I'll present design concepts for your review. Here, your feedback is always welcome! We can iterate on the design to ensure it meets your expectations and achieves the goals we outlined in the briefing.

However, it's important to note that significant changes that deviate from the initial briefing might require revisiting the research and design phases. This ensures the final product remains cohesive and effective. We can always discuss these situations openly to find the best path forward.

Do you offer any ongoing design retainer services?

Yes, I definitely offer ongoing design retainer services! This is a great option for businesses with consistent design needs, such as social media graphics, website updates, or marketing materials.

My retainer packages are flexible and can be customized to fit your specific needs and budget. To discuss the details and find the perfect plan for you, let's get in touch!

How do you know if I'm the right designer for your project?

It's a great question! The best way to determine if I'm the right designer for your project is through a two-way conversation. Here's what you can consider:

  • Portfolio Alignment: Take a look at my portfolio and see if my design style resonates with your vision for the project.

  • Communication Style: During our initial discussions, consider how comfortable you feel communicating your ideas and goals.

  • Project Understanding: Feel free to ask detailed questions about my design process and experience. A good fit is someone who can clearly explain their approach and address your specific needs.

Ultimately, the decision is yours. I'm confident in my ability to deliver exceptional design, but it's important that you feel confident and comfortable throughout the collaboration.
